Our Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given after payment of your booking is made. However, a credit of 100% of the paid amount will be issued for cancellation requests made within 30 days from the time of your check-in or pick-up date. The credit issued is valid for a period of 365 days from the date it’s issued. No credit is issued for any cancellations made 29 days or less from your scheduled pick-up or check-in date.
Within 24 hours of booking every renter receives a rental agreement that must be signed and filled in completely before the check-in date. No travel trailer will be delivered or picked up if the rental agreement is not signed at least 24 hours before the check-in date. Any delay or failure to sign the rental agreement does not change the terms of our cancellation policy listed above.
